\"\"<\/div> <\/figure><\/div>\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]CUSTOMER REQUEST:<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/strong>To transport some specific pharmaceutical products<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA leader company in the pharma field\u00a0 \u00a0has a fleet of insulated\/refrigerated monotemperature trucks and\u00a0about 80% of its load is dry products at a temperature range of 15\/25\u00b0C.\r\nTheir requirement was to transport some specific pharmaceutical products which require a temperature range from 2 to 8\u00b0C.\r\n\r\nMELFORM SOLUTION<\/strong>\r\n\r\nKoala\u00a01300<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMelform installed in each truck one refrigerated container model KOALA 1300 in order to guarantee the temperature range required (0 – 10\u00b0C)\r\nThe containers were powered by inverters connected to the battery of the truck.\r\n\r\nAlternatively to the direct connection to the truck, Melform has studied and developed solutions with stand-alone batteries<\/strong> in order to avoid the direct connection to the veichle.\r\n\r\nIn addition, upon request of the customer, Melform developed an heating system which, connected to the container itself, avoid and\/or help to reach the\u00a0proper temperature inside the truck and grant the 15\/25\u00b0C during cold weather conditions.\r\n\r\nThe control of the temperature inside the refrigerated containers set on the vehicle was monitored by means of USB data logger;\r\n\r\nAccording to customer needs, the temperature control can indeed be managed in two ways: at destination, the data logger is delivered together with the goods and downloaded on files; or through a GPS detection system\u00a0(SIM) directly downloaded on Cloud with the traceability of the vehicle and\u00a0the goods.\r\n\r\n> DATA SHEET<\/strong><\/a>\r\n\r\nTHE ADVANTAGES OF MELFORM SOLUTION<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe results were excellent: the temperature maintained by the containers has fully met the customer requirements because\u00a0\u00a0 the cold chain has never been interrupted. So far, our customer has equipped his veichles with 600 refrigerated containers with significant cost savings.\r\n\r\nFlexibility in transport management<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn a mono temperature veichle, it is possible simultaneously load dry, fresh and frozen products. The temperature adjustment range: -25 \u00b0 C to + 40 \u00b0 C is\u00a0able to meet the 4 temperatures required by the specifications.\r\n\r\nReduction of investment costs<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe investment for the containers is much lower compared to the setting of a refrigerated vehicle. Reduction of circulating vehicles since the deliveries can be split with appropriate containers.\r\n\r\nDual Power<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe containers have been connected to the vehicle battery and, once at destination, connected to main power.
