The structure is made of food-grade polyethylene, manufactured by rotational molding, ensuring high mechanical strength, seamless construction, and long service life. Insulation is achieved through high-density polyurethane foam, free from CFC and HCFC, providing excellent thermal inertia and reduced heat loss. The refrigeration system consists of a static refrigeration unit with a roll-bond evaporator and a programmable digital thermostat, enabling active temperature control within a range of -25°C / +40°C. The refrigeration unit is available in top-mounted (roof) or rear-mounted (back) configuration, ensuring maximum installation flexibility. The unit is powered by a dual power supply (12Vdc / 230Vac), making it suitable for both mobile and stationary applications.
